Access to Aozora Bunko literary works
AI-powered book recommendations and search
Reading history and bookmark management
Offline download of works

3. Copyright

Works provided through the App are public domain works whose copyright protection has expired.

Aozora Bunko: Japanese public domain works (subject to Aozora Bunko's terms)
Project Gutenberg: International public domain works

Copyright for the App's UI, design, and AI-generated analysis belongs to the operator.

4. User Accounts

When signing in with a Google account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The operator is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Paid Services

The App offers certain features through paid subscriptions.

Payments are processed through App Store / Google Play
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
Cancellation can be done through platform settings
Refunds follow platform policies

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Misuse the App or reverse engineer it
Redistribute or commercially use App content without permission
Harass other users
Place excessive load on servers
Violate laws or public order

7. Disclaimer

The operator is not liable for:

Damages from service interruption, suspension, or changes
Accuracy of provided works
Appropriateness of AI recommendations or analysis
Data loss on user devices
Issues with third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat, etc.)

8. Service Changes and Termination

The operator may change or terminate the App without prior notice. We will provide advance notice of service termination when possible.

9. Changes to Terms

The operator may modify these Terms as needed. Modified Terms take effect upon posting on the App or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
